Warranty
Our workmanship warranty, in plain words
For one year after final inspection, we repair defects in our own workmanship at no charge. You put the claim in writing, we look within 10 business days and we agree a date.
What it does not cover
- Normal wear, settling and shrinkage within normal limits
- Damage from misuse, floods or lack of maintenance
- Work by anyone other than us
- Appliances and products that carry their makers' own warranties
- Landscaping and plants
California law gives owners other protections for construction defects, and this warranty does not reduce them. Your contract has the full terms.
